Shipping & Ordering Information Payment Options
We accept Visa and Master Card. All of our payment options are completed using secure servers.
If you prefer Paypal and have a PayPal account, you can pay via any payment method you choose, such as instant payment, bank transfer, eCheck, or credit card. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use their service by choosing the credit card option when selecting Paypal payment choice. Their website is completely secure.
We also accept a Money Order or Personal Check. We will hold your Personal Check until it clears. Keep in mind this may take up to 10 business days. When it clears, your order will be shipped. If you are mailing your payment, your invoice includes our mailing address. If payment is not received within 10 days your order will be canceled.

Postage paid United States orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending on the weight of package.
All orders are shipped within 3-5 Business Days, Monday - Friday, after receiving payment.
Shipping rates are good in the 48 Contiguous United States. Approximate Shipping Rates are as follows:
$0.01-$5.00=$4.95
$5.01-$10.00=$6.95
$10.01-$25.00=$12.95
$25.01-$30.00=$16.95
$35.01-$50.00=$20.95
$50.01-$100.00=$25.95
Due to the weight of the glass - Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of shipping. An invoice or refund will be emailed to you if necessary. All merchandise orders over $100.01 will be based on weight. Exact shipping charges will be invoiced separately.
Alaska, Hawaii and ALL international orders please request a quote by email. If no request is made all international orders will be processed with adjusted rates according to the package weight. Insurance
Insurance is highly recommended for all glass orders, especially any international orders. Although all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages once they leave our site.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss return instructions. You will be issed store credit on any item that is returned. Note: We DO NOT refund shipping charges.
