Payment Options

We accept all credit cards via PayPal’s secure payment services. You can pay using any payment method you choose, such as instant payment, bank transfer, eCheck, or credit card. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use their service by choosing the credit card option when selecting PayPal payment choice. Their website is completely secure.
We also accept a Personal Check. We will hold your Personal Check until it clears. Keep in mind this may take up to 10 business days. When it clears, your order will be shipped. If you are mailing your payment, please make check out to Country Creek. If payment is not received within 10 days your order will be canceled.

Shipping Information

Postage paid United States orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail depending on the weight of package. All orders are shipped within 7-10 Business Days, Monday - Friday, after receiving payment.
Shipping is included in the price of all items.

We do not ship internationally.

Returns

7% Sales Tax will be charged on all orders shipped to Indiana addresses.

Insurance

Insurance is highly recommended for all glass orders! Although all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, we cannot be responsible for uninsured packages once they leave our site.
Add insurance to your package by clicking on the Insurance Button.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss return instructions. You will be issed store credit on any item that is returned.
Note: We DO NOT refund shipping charges.
