-This quarter scale or 1/4, or 1/48 inch house measures 10 3/4”across the back x 8 1/2” for the L-shape section x 3 1/2”D, with 7 rooms
-All rooms in the quarter scale Redwood Farmhouse are wallpapered, have some type of floor covering, are completely furnished, & have lights in every room.
-The L shaped section of the house has a small, well equipped kitchen, a sitting room with a fireplace, cozy table and staircase to the second floor master bedroom.
-The main part of the house has a beautiful pale blue living room, with a quiet relaxing study in the next room. There is a bathroom and little girl's room on the second floor.
-Each room is lit with tiny LED lights. The wires for the battery powered lights are glued down the back of the house, and aren’t noticeable.
-The Double A battery case is underneath the base. There is a small on/off button on the base of the house.
-The house sits on a 12” x 12” felt covered board. Handmade Lichen trees & bushes were made for the landscaping surrounding the house.
-Included with the house are instructions for changing the battery.
-The Redwood Dollhouse is intended for collectors 14 years of age & over. Small parts pose a choking hazard to children & pets. All furniture is glued in place.
