Nanna Rose - An Open-Concept Styled 1/4" scale Cottage
NAME Charleston National Convention Workshops - August 2018

Nana Rose lives in a small house, in the middle of a meadow. There are just enough trees to shade her house and the swing in the front yard. Nana Rose loves roses, but most of all she loves her Granddaughter, Rose Ann. Rose Ann comes to visit once a month and loves to sleep high in the top of Nana's house.

• Nanna Rose's Cottage measures 8" L x 8" W x 7" H. The house utilizes an open concept design. There is one partial wall that divides the kitchen from Nana Rose's bedroom. The second room is the open loft which is her granddaughter, Rose Ann's bedroom.
  
• All rooms in the quarter scale Cottage are wallpapered, have some type of floor covering, & have lamps, with LED lighting in the great room and both bedrooms.
  
• The Great Room has a large living room with the kitchen behind the living area.
  Nanna Rose's bedroom is to the right of the kitchen.

• The second room is the open loft which is her granddaughter, Rose Ann's bedroom. Rose Ann enjoys looking at the stars through the skylights, and which also provides sunlight during the day.

• Rose Ann loves to swing with her Nanna in the cool breeze, in the shade, of the big tree.

• Nana Rose's house has LED lighting. The house kit includes directions for the lamps and how to wire them using LED lights. The kit comes with options for electrifying the house using either batteries, or a 3-volt wall adapter. You also have the option of choosing both types of lighting.
  
  
• The house is laser cut from 3/32" basswood, and the shingles are laser cut from 1/64" walnut veneer.
  
• Nanna's Cottage sits on a 12.5" L x 9" W x 1.5" H base. The Landscaping kit is included with the workshop.
  
• The furniture is not included, however, You can purchase the laser cut furniture kits from my website.

• Nanna Roses's Bedroom set, Kitchen Set, Liviingroom Set, and Rose Ann's bedroom set are laser cut from Cherry wood and engraved.
  
  
• The Quarter Scale Nanna Rose Cottage Kit will be available to purchase after Sept 1st, 2018.
